so much to say since even the last time i posted. Addison has turned one, will starts his new school tomorrow and it's back to teaching for me too.
first addison's birthday. what a fun day that was. i still can't believe she is getting so big. i imagine last year, this time, we were holding this tiny baby-i couldn't believe how small she was. and, while she's still small, she's so big too! we got a new car seat-two to be exact. one for each car. We actually moved will to the new seats and gave Addison the hand-me-downs. nothing like being the second child! we initially installed them facing forward thinking that she was pretty close in the weight range but then on her trip to the doctors realized she was only 18 pounds, 2 pounds too small to look out on the world forward. so around she went. i think she enjoys it more. she gets to stare right at Will whenever we drive somewhere.

Dang she's cute isn't she? you know when I was pregnant i wasn't so sure about having a girl- i knew instantly it was a girl but just thought we were suited well for the rough and tumble of boys. but the sweetness of a little girl is something every family needs. just enough to offset that rough and toughness and the hugs seem to be everflowing!

her aunt lyndsey got her that cure pink outfit that I love. i love her in pink, she's so darn cute.
tomorrow the kids start a new daycare/preschool. this move was so hard for us. we went back and forth on whether or not to leave their old provider. she loved the kids so much...but we're starting tomorrow at Katie's. We've been talking a lot with Will about his new "School" and went out tonight to buy new school supplies and a cool backpack. I love my son because as we were looking at the wall of backpacks with spiderman, power rangers, diego, and nemo-not to mention the varieties with water bottles, pencil pouches, zippers and so much more-my son picks the one with wheels. like the lonely kid in the corner on the first day of school, he picks the bag on wheels. to lessen the "uncool" factor, rob put it on him using the shoulder straps. but as soon as dad was out of site, i asked will if he wanted to put the backpack on the cool wheels. Yep! he did! what a riot to see him walking down the aisles of Freddies pulling that little backpack. such a big boy. I'll post a picture tomorrow!
