Hawaii: day one

Day one of our Hawaii trip started very early...3:30 to be exact. Will was very worried that we would be late (as a side note Will asks often if we are going up be late again do this was a valid concern). He wanted to set 3 alarms. Honestly, so did I. Our flight left at 7am. We got there with enough time to spare. The flight involved lots if 'screen' time which was a dream come true for the older kids. Buy howdy can they play on an iPad. Thank good ness for those devices to make long flights seem shorter.

When we got to Hawaii it was rainy, but warm. We hit the pool right away (cold) and made our first stop to eat at a local burger joint. We were in bed by 8 pm ... So tired.
