bunk beds

The sleeping situation of three kids + 2 rooms got a little hairy a few weeks back.  On a practice run for back to school time night time did not go as smoothly as I hoped.  Kenedi needs dark room with loud noises and a closed door.  Addi needs little noise, lots of light and ABSOLUTELY no door closed!  ummmm....so the grand idea of them sharing a room may not work out so well for this first year.  So, instead of moving for a 3rd bedroom, or sticking someone in the garage, we bought a bunk bed.  Will needed the space below for him and Addi gets the top.  It's cozy, warm and the hallway light shines perfectly in on her.  I'm a little nervous about the climb down the ladder should she get up in the middle of the night but so far (2 weeks in) so good.  Here's to early bed times!!!!
