The good news...you can't even tell! Will thought they were better than chocolate chip cookies. and while, everyone in my family will eat anything with zucchini in it (because it always tastes so yummy) these were especially a hit. go try them....the worst part, grating the zucchini. don't you hate that part!
oh an I skipped the cranberries....next time because I now this weekend there will be a next time!
