addi's take on dates

right now, addi's frame of reference for dates and times is relative to her place in time or at an event.  For example...i found her in the bathroom cutting her toenails this evening with baby scissors.  I asked her how she knew how to do this (cut nails) and she says 'i did it back on donut day'. Donut day is usually a saturday and always involves daddy and a trip to krispy kreme...it's just what they do.  This day may have occurred months ago or last week, I don't know but to her it happened on donut day.  She also attaching a lot of activities to a recent zoo trip that she took with aunt krista and uncle stan.  The day was a birthday present and she loved every minute of it!  So now she says things like 'remember on zoo day' as if it is a weekly occurrence or something. Other important events in this little gal's life are dance class day, soccer day, and any other eventful happening...like cabin day.
